MVP development for startups
An MVP should answer one question with real users as fast as possible. We help you decide what that question is, then ship the smallest product that answers it.
Fixed-length sprints, a clickable prototype in the first week and a release every Wednesday. When the MVP works, the code is good enough to keep building on — and to hand to your first hire.
You need this when
- You have a validated problem and a deadline
- You need iOS, Android and web without three teams
- Investors want to see a product, not a deck
What you get
- Prototype + user tests
- Web & mobile MVP
- Analytics from day one
- Handover & hiring plan
- React Native
- Expo
- Supabase
- Stripe
How it runs
Blueprint first, then build.
- 00
Discovery
Workshops, constraints and the one metric that matters. You leave with a written scope and a price.
- 01
Blueprint
Architecture, data model, clickable prototype. Decisions recorded as ADRs you can read in five minutes.
- 02
Build
A demo and a deploy every Wednesday, with two working days left to watch it live. You see working software, not status reports.
- 03
Launch
Load tests, security review, monitoring and a launch-day runbook. Then we’re on call with you.
- 04
Scale
Performance, new features or a clean handover to your own team — your choice.
How long does an MVP take?
It depends on scope, which is why discovery comes first. We agree on a fixed scope and date before the build starts, and cut scope rather than move the date.
Do you build mobile apps too?
Yes. With React Native and Expo we ship iOS, Android and web from one codebase, which keeps an MVP fast and affordable.
What happens after the MVP?
You choose: we keep building with you, or we hand over with documentation and help you hire your own engineers.
